iDiscovery Solutions (iDS), a global professional services consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., has recently announced several senior level promotions in response to the firm’s continued growth.

“We are always evolving at iDS, and that means recognizing employee talent and awarding promotions accordingly,” said Hunter McMahon, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. “I’m confident in these employees and their abilities, and am excited to see what they will achieve in their new roles.”

Jonathan Sachs,

formerly the Director of Sales and Marketing, has been appointed as the new Chief Revenue Officer. In his new role, Sachs will use his 20 years of consultative sales experience to oversee all aspects of the firm’s sales and revenue strategy, brand positioning, and service promotion marketing programs. “We are excited to promote Jonathan to Chief Revenue Officer as a recognition of the collective impact he has and will continue to have on our revenue and growth,” said McMahon.

Melissa Shillinglaw,

the new Director of Talent and Experience, now oversees all Human Resources functions for iDS. Previously the Manager of Human Resources for iDS, Shillinglaw possesses over a decade of human resources experience in the law industry. In her new role, she ensures the firm’s internal processes are beneficial to both prospective and current employees, and spearheads all of the firm’s employee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. “A long-time champion of continued development, iDS wouldn’t be the same without her leadership,” said McMahon.

Bobby Williams,

previously a Senior Managing Consultant, has joined the firm’s RevPro team as a Director, where he manages many of the firm’s large-scale projects. With over 12 years of experience supporting attorneys and law enforcement in eDiscovery matters, Williams is well-equipped to take on his new role. “Bobby continues to make strides in and out of the office – speaking, networking, and spreading the word about iDS,” said McMahon. “We are exited to have Bobby join the RevPro team as a Director.”

Jon Hurwitz,

who possesses over 12 years of experience in the industry, has been promoted from Managing Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant. As a Senior Managing Consultant, Hurwitz now specializes in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. McMahon attributed his promotion to Hurwitz’s years of expertise and client support, stating that he has worked on some of the firm’s most complex structured data cases.
