Pam is a progressive, client focused professional with over 28 years in the legal industry, including 11 years of experience in a consultative sales role.  At iDS, Pam is responsible for all aspects of business development and maintaining client relationships. 

Prior to joining iDS, Pam spent 16 years managing training and support at Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs).  After transitioning to business development, she held sales roles at several leading eDiscovery organizations including Epiq, Recommind, and iCONECT.

Pam and her husband Brian have two very busy teenagers, Kennedy and Jaxon, and a menagerie of pets.  She was born and raised in Strasburg, Virginia and has lived in Manassas, VA for 20 years.  When she is not working, Pam can be found spending time with family.  She loves to travel, cheering on her Cowboys and Steelers, and always searching for her next big adventure.
