With extensive HR expertise cultivated in law firms, Melissa’s journey began in this field, where she developed her skills over many years. At previous firms, she dedicated herself to fostering talent and facilitating growth, specializing in staff and attorney recruitment through lateral hiring and On Campus Interviewing (OCI). Her impact extended to developing comprehensive training programs for legal professionals.
Born and raised in Delaware, Melissa now resides in Northern Virginia. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in staying active, exploring nature, embarking on culinary adventures, and cherishing moments with loved ones.
