As Sr. Manager of Human Resources, Melissa leads the Human Resources functions for iDS, which include strategies and tasks around: workplace culture, recruitment & hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and policy compliance. Prior to iDS, Melissa worked in HR and legal services as a Staff Recruiter for Dickstein Shapiro, LLC. She spent seven additional years at Dickstein with a focus on Attorney Recruitment and Development, which included hiring lateral attorneys, hiring 1st year associates through On Campus Recruitment, and training and development of attorneys.
Melissa is the oldest of three sisters and was raised in Delaware. She and her partner Matt have a 4-year-old son named Jackson. In her free time, Melissa enjoys fitness & health, hiking, playing on the beach, exploring new towns, and spending time with family & friends.
