Kendall Tober, Senior Consultant, is a Relativity Certified Administrator with a strong background in project management. Her knowledge of Relativity provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of eDiscovery, making her an invaluable asset to clients. While her background in the US NAVY has equipped her with leadership skills and strong ethical values, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

With a passion for tech, it was no surprise that Kendall pursued a degree in Information Technology. Soon after graduating from the University of Phoenix, Kendall worked for Motorola and Nokia Cellular Networks. During her twenty years there, she worked more than half the time as a project manager and earned a reputation for producing high-quality work.

Leveraging her PMP certification, she utilized her project management experience to transition into the eDiscovery field.  From there, the role of consultant developed organically.

Presently as an iDS Senior Consultant, Kendall manages cases throughout the eDisovery project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Clients depend on her for data collection, data monitoring, Relativity workspace customization, review support, and production management.

Even though Kendall joined iDS only one year ago, she has quickly become a valued and indispensable member of the team. Kendall is often sought out for her original insights and innovative solutions. Teamwork, however, is what Kendall contributes to her success. She believes collaboration and dedication are integral to achieving outstanding results. As Kendall puts it, “teamwork makes the dream work.”

And as a happily married mother of two, working as a Senior Consultant at iDS, it’s safe to say Kendall’s dreams are working out quite well.
