Colin Gallagher
Discovery Analyst
Colin Gallagher serves as an eDiscovery Analyst at iDS, where he brings technical precision and disciplined process design to the full evidence lifecycle. From data processing and Relativity administration to large-scale productions and workflow development, Colin builds defensible, repeatable systems that legal and regulatory teams rely on when the stakes are high.
“The best eDiscovery work combines technical precision with clear communication,” Colin says. “I enjoy building processes that are defensible, efficient, and reliable for the teams who depend on them.” That philosophy shapes his work across every engagement, whether architecting Nuix automations, executing Microsoft 365 Purview collections, or developing standard operating procedures from the ground up.
Colin’s experience spans corporate, federal, and vendor-side eDiscovery environments, with roles supporting Fortune 500 companies and U.S. federal agencies prior to joining iDS. His technical toolkit includes Relativity, Nuix, Microsoft 365 Purview, and Cellebrite. He is a member of ACEDS.
A New Jersey native, Colin approaches data challenges with the same focus he brings outside the office, whether he’s on the slopes, on the water, or deep in a book on evolutionary psychology. He believes strong outcomes come from teams that combine sharp thinking with disciplined execution.
