Gina is a valuable member of our iDS team, serving as a Junior Consultant in Discovery Services. Gina plays a vital role in assisting our consultants with case management throughout the eDiscovery project lifecycle. Her analytical mindset and keen attention to detail are instrumental in our operations. Gina’s collaborative approach involves working closely with colleagues and upper management to meet company goals and objectives. Concurrently, she employs a range of eDiscovery technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

One of Gina’s guiding principles is summed up in a famous quote by Isaac Newton: “If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.” This quote reflects Gina’s humble and dedicated way of working, emphasizing her commitment to teamwork and achieving tangible results. Her willingness to learn from others and apply that knowledge to her own development is a quality we deeply appreciate in our staff.

Before joining iDS, Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her professional journey began in compliance, where she deepened her proficiency in regulatory knowledge, ethical awareness, and risk assessment. She later transitioned into the eDiscovery field, working as an eDiscovery Project Coordinator at TransPerfect.

During her downtime, Gina enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones or finding new ways to stimulate herself with a good book or video game.
