Chris Conway, our esteemed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been a pivotal figure in our organization for over a decade. Chris’s multifaceted responsibilities include cash planning, treasury operations, profit and loss statements, and year-end tax coordination, among a myriad of other essential duties. Drawing upon his expertise in profitability and liquidity measures, pricing strategies, and service line analysis, he plays a fundamental role in shaping our financial strategies.

Before joining iDS, Chris worked in two publicly traded consultancies, where he spearheaded initiatives to drive growth and optimize profitability. His experience seamlessly aligns with iDS’s commitment to financial excellence and sustainable growth.

His academic journey, including earning an MBA from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business, and a BS in Finance from Old Dominion University, laid the groundwork for his financial management expertise. This education, combined with his commitment to collaboration, has helped shape our financial strategies and foster a culture of excellence within our organization.
