Mr. Arnold Garcia is a Senior Managing Consultant and Team Lead, Forensics in the Costa Mesa office of iDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS). He provides highly detailed services in digital forensics, electronic discovery, technical support, and lab management and he has worked myriad cases involving theft of intellectual property, misappropriation of trade secrets, early risk assessment, data recovery, embezzlement, and various criminal matters. Mr. Garcia has recorded, collected, and imaged over ten thousand different data sources and is an expert in digital media examinations including, but not limited to, computers, cameras, cellphones, PDAs, thumb drives, networked devices, and other digital media. He is highly experienced in the use of specialized digital forensic tools, including EnCase, FTK, Magnet Axiom, Cellebrite Solutions and Nuix. Mr. Garcia is extremely knowledgeable in the principles, application, installation, start-up and commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of processing and review software, such as Nuix, LAW, Concordance, and Relativity. He has worked with sensitive data involving major data acquisition efforts in Asia, and Europe.
