Warren KruseManaging Director
Don’t plead your case, prove it. Data tells a story, and our job is to uncover the truth with clarity, integrity, and objectivity.
Warren Kruse brings more than three decades of experience in law enforcement, cybersecurity, and digital forensics. As Managing Director, he leads with deep technical acumen and a pragmatic approach to solving complex data challenges, whether in support of litigation, internal investigations, or regulatory response.
Kruse’s career spans investigative work for major government agencies, multinational corporations, and global cooperative organizations. He has led and executed high-stakes digital investigations involving theft of intellectual property, fraud, and cross-border data concerns. He served as a court-appointed expert and was hired by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he testified as a computer forensic expert—the same expertise he now brings to clients navigating complex regulatory matters. It’s the same caliber of expertise trusted by the SEC—now available to those who find themselves under similar scrutiny.
A recognized authority in his field, Kruse co-authored Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials and received the High Tech Cybercrime Investigative Association’s (HTCIA) Case of the Year award for his forensic analysis in a billion-dollar intellectual property and trade secrets investigation known as the Comtraid matter. Kruse was later honored with HTCIA’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his lasting contributions to the profession.
Kruse holds a Master of Science in Digital Investigation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Forensics from Champlain College. He is an active member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, HTCIA, ISC2, and The Sedona Conference.
