Thienthi Le supports litigation and investigation teams with the precision, discretion, and discipline eDiscovery requires. As a Senior eDiscovery Analyst, she plays a key role in managing electronically stored information (ESI) through the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), helping consulting teams deliver work that is both defensible and actionable. Known for her detail-oriented approach and steady execution under tight deadlines, she brings structure and reliability to every stage of the discovery process.

With deep eDiscovery experience across processing, hosting, review support, metadata analysis, and production, she is recognized at iDS for her consistency, collaborative mindset, and commitment to quality control. Her work spans Relativity, Nuix, and IPRO (Ecapture) environments, supported by multiple industry certifications and a continued focus on defensible discovery practices.

A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Thienthi has been honored internally with iDS Rookie of the Year (2024) and an iDS Core Values award (2025), reflecting both her performance and alignment with the firm’s culture.

Originally born in Vietnam and raised in Georgia, Thienthi brings a global perspective and a thoughtful, grounded presence to her work.
