Prior to joining iDS, Mark worked in construction estimating. He started his eDiscovery career at iDS 12 years ago, where he has committed to developing his expertise.

At iDS, Mark is responsible for the quality control of client deliverables, processing, hosting, and client troubleshooting. Mark specializes in aspects of iPro processing like case creation, ingestion, exporting, filtering, and text extraction. He applies his insight to testing new workflows and software tools and engaging in Relativity Client training.

Mark enjoys watching movies with his wife, playing video games with his three sons, rooting for the DC pro sports teams, and sipping from his whiskey collection.

Mark was born and raised in and around Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
