Daniel is a qualified US attorney having practiced in both the United States and Europe. From his time in practise to the transition into the eDiscovery service industry, Daniel successfully advised and managed high-profile projects through all phases of the EDRM process. More specifically, he provided guidance on large scale document reviews related to phase 2 reviews/second requests, cartel/abuse/state aid investigations, internal investigations, multi jurisdictional complex litigation, and banking related matters.
Throughout Daniel’s career and now as a Director with iDiscovery Solution’s European division, he has always used his experience to guide clients on best practices for managing large volumes of data and advise on eDiscovery solutions that best fit the matter at hand.
