Previously the Manager of Human Resources for iDS, Shillinglaw possesses over a decade of human resources experience in the law industry. In her new role, she ensures the firm\u2019s internal processes are beneficial to both prospective and current employees, and spearheads all of the firm\u2019s employee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. \u201cA long-time champion of continued development, iDS wouldn\u2019t be the same without her leadership,\u201d said McMahon.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
