We believe that it is essential for all parties to have access to this type of evidence \u2013 including the poor, the disadvantaged, and other individuals or groups unable to secure legal assistance to address critical problems. We therefore created the \u201ciDS Pro Bono Program\u201d to assist attorneys with the ESI aspects of their pro bono cases.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module divider -->\n<div  class=\"module tf_mw module-divider tb_t43x614 solid\" style=\"border-width: 3px;border-color: #ee5d20;\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n    <\/div>\n<!-- \/module divider -->\n<!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_gknj197\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h3><em><strong>Our Commitment<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>iDS is committed to collaborate with law firms, non-profit organizations, and corporate in-house legal departments to provide quality legal services through pro bono work that serves the low-income community.<\/li>\n<li>iDS is committed to provide pro bono services for up to 1% of the previous calendar year\u2019s gross revenues.<\/li>\n<li>iDS is committed to involve leadership (directors and managing directors) in pro bono activities.<\/li>\n<li>iDS is committed to provide each of our pro bono matters the highest quality of services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_115e856\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h3><em><strong>Pro Bono Services<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>eDiscovery services including data collections, analytics, early case assessment, data hosting, and productions.<\/li>\n<li>Consulting and professional services for all business lines including information governance, structured data<br>analytics, project management, digital forensics, and cybersecurity.<\/li>\n<li>Subject matter expertise including analysis, reports, and expert testimony.<\/li>\n<\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_oqd9350\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h3><em><strong>Our Program<br><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>iDS selectively accepts cases based on our ability to provide a high quality level of service.<\/li>\n<li>iDS does not provide legal advice. We work with, and are engaged by, existing legal teams.
