WASHINGTON, DC – iDiscovery Solutions (iDS), a professional services consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., has welcomed Lindsay Kilgore, JD as a new Business Development Manager. In her new role, Kilgore will be responsible for cultivating meaningful professional relationships with current and future clients, in addition to serving as a liaison between clients and iDS RevPro directors and specialists.

“I’ve known Lindsay since well before iDS was founded,” says iDS CEO, Dan Regard. “She is a lawyer, a technologist, and a strategist who has spent over 15 years advising law firms and corporations on eDiscovery, and we are thrilled to have her join our team.”

Born in Illinois, Lindsay was raised in Durham, North Carolina and currently resides in Orlando, Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in English from Duke University and her JD from Emory University School of Law. Before joining iDS, Lindsay developed extensive experience in technology and sales over an almost two-decade career. She’s led strategic accounts for software companies, worked as an inside sales representative and administrator, and managed training and development teams.

According to Lindsay, “The ability to engage with individuals seeking clarity and direction to data challenges through a pure consultative approach, allows for a genuine partnership of trust. It is truly rewarding when our clients know that each of our tenured professionals remain invested to, not only provide innovative solutions, but having the ability to testify to them in court. Being able to stand with our clients to the end in this fashion, truly sets us apart.”

Lindsay co-founded and served as Executive Conference Director of The Masters Conference, a conference that spans across the legal/technology space for all professionals. She also dedicates her free time to her community through the non-profit she founded, BOGO32804, which invites grocery shoppers in the College Park area to fill a grocery bag for a family in need while they shop.

Founded in 2008, iDS provides consultative data solutions to corporations and law firms around the world, giving them a decisive advantage – both in and out of the courtroom. With decades of experience, iDS subject matter experts and data strategists serve as guides through the complex world of eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data analytics, providing valuable insight into the unknown, the unseen, and the undiscovered. With the ability to testify and defend the strategies they recommend, iDS stands behind the solutions they provide, ensuring that data can be leveraged as an asset and not a liability.
