He is a go-to resource for clients at all stages of the eDiscovery journey, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before his transition to eDiscovery, Mark spent seven years working in finance, where he developed a sharp analytical mindset and a strong attention to detail\u2014skills that he applies daily in his role. His ability to balance technical precision with a deep understanding of client needs makes him an invaluable asset to his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originally from Washington, DC, and raised in Maryland, Mark is a proud first- generation American with Portuguese heritage.
