Der Kl\u00e4ger erhob Anzeige wegen sexueller Bel\u00e4stigung. Der Vorwurf lautete, dass der Beklagte Textnachrichten gesendet habe, um diese Behauptung zu untermauern. Nachdem monatelang nach den angeblichen Textnachrichten gefragt wurde, wurde ein PDF erstellt, das als Screenshot einer beleidigenden Textnachricht dargestellt wurde.
