Es wurde festgestellt, dass keine anderen Datenquellen vom Sachverst\u00e4ndigen des Kl\u00e4gers bei der Abgabe von Gutachten ber\u00fccksichtigt worden waren.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Das iDS Forensics Team hat Folgendes analysiert und berichtet:\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Zeiterfassungssysteme zum Nachweis der Arbeitszeiten und Anwesenheit des Mitarbeiters w\u00e4hrend der Surfzeiten auf der Website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Analyse des von der Arbeit ausgestellten Computers auf das Vorhandensein der anst\u00f6\u00dfigen Materialien<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Der Abgleich des Datums und der Uhrzeit, zu der der Mitarbeiter fotografiert wurde, mit den Bildern, die gleichzeitig auf der Festplatte des Computers erstellt wurden. The employee had been photographed sitting at his work-issued computer while inappropriate materials were displayed on the computer monitor. <br><\/h5> <p>Plaintiff\u2019s retained computer expert suggested that the photographs had been altered, making them unreliable or fabricated.<\/p> <p><strong>The client needed expertise for the following:<br><\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>To understand what steps to take to determine authenticity (or lack thereof)<\/li> <li>To understand what other sources could be examined aside from the photographs<\/li> <li>To understand how to build the entire storyboard of all the evidence for a jury to understand at trial<\/li> <\/ul>\n<h1>Solution<br\/><\/h1>\n<p>Using a team of iDS experts, we evaluated the photos and identified other sources of electronic data that could be used to test the authenticity of the photographs. It was discovered that no other data sources had been considered by Plaintiff\u2019s expert in rendering opinions.\u00a0 <\/p> <p>The iDS Forensics Team analyzed and reported on the following:\u00a0 <\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Timekeeping systems to demonstrate the work hours and presence of the employee during the website surfing periods<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Analysis of the work-issued computer for the presence of the offending materials<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>The comparison of the date and time the employee had been photographed, to the images that had been created on the computer\u2019s hard drive at the same time.
